Sleeping Bags and Mattresses

Our sleeping bag collection covers all uses and temperatures. We divide our sleeping bags to winter, three-season and summer sleeping bags. You can find both down and synthetic bags in all categories. Sleeping outdoors is a great example of the principle of insulation: for warmth you need to create a layer of air around you. The colder the environment, the thicker the layer needed.

Even the warmest of sleeping bags will need a mattress, as the user’s weight will flatten the loft against the ground. A traditional foam mattress is the choice for dog-owners and all others who prefer the fool proof robustness of a mattress that cannot suffer a puncture. When in need of higher sleeping comfort and smaller packing volume, an air-filled mattress is a better choice. Uninsulated air mattresses pack away incredibly compactly, and are suitable for summer use. Self-inflating mattresses take in most of the air by themselves, reducing need for inflation.
