How do we ship?
For deliveries abroad we use, depending on your country, DPD and Finnish Post (also known as Itella). For products we have in stock, delivery time is usually between 4 and 10 days. These products have a dispatch time of 2-4 days in the store. The 2-4 day delivery time applies to Finland only. Other delivery times such as 5-10 or 10-14 days indicate the product is not in stock and will have a longer delivery time.

Where do we ship?
As you proceed from the shopping cart to the delivery address form, you can check the currently available countries from the drop-down menu. Delivery to these countries is straightforward. If your country is not in this list, please contact us at email@example.com, tell us which product you are interested in and we will see if delivery is possible (and if so, at what price).
International orders are primarily paid with credit card. On line credit card payments are secured by de facto Finnish Credit Card Company Luottokunta. If you are not able to use this payment method, it is also possible to pay by direct bank transfer. For this alternative, please contact us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Upon credit card payment you will be prompted to Luottokunta where you feed your credit card number, verification code and card validity. This page is also available in English and Swedish, so it'll be a bit easier for you.
After you have made the payment, you must click the button that forwards you back to our shop. If you don't do this, our web store does not receive information on whether the payment was successful.
What's with the "billing address" menu?
The possibillity to choose a different billing address is used when you are paying for the order and someone else receives the actual product in a different address. In this case you fill your information as the billing address and the receiver's information as the delivery address.
Order confirmation e-mail
After completing your order you will receive an order confirmation e-mail stating that your order was succesful and the items will be shipped. While waiting for our shipment you can for example - browse our new products - check out our blog (another opportunity to learn Finnish)
